Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User") and hh44 ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"). Eligibility Requirements
To register and use the hh44 platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria without exception:
- You must be at least 21 years of age. hh44 strictly enforces the 21+ age restriction for all gambling services.
- You must be a resident of Bangladesh or a jurisdiction where accessing online betting platforms is not prohibited by applicable law.
- You must not be subject to any self-exclusion, cooling-off period, or account restriction imposed by hh44 or any affiliated gaming operator.

Account Registration & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on hh44. Creating multiple accounts, whether under the same name, different names, shared devices, or shared payment methods, is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and the permanent closure of all associated accounts.
When registering, you are required to:
- Submit a valid mobile number linked to an active bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account registered in your name.
- Choose a strong, unique password and keep it confidential. Never share your login credentials with anyone, including hh44 support staff.
- Ensure your registered name matches the name on your national ID card (NID) or passport exactly.
- Notify hh44 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account by contacting our support team at the email address provided in the site footer.
hh44 employs SSL encryption and industry-standard security measures to protect user account data. However, you remain solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. hh44 cannot be held liable for unauthorized access resulting from negligence on the part of the user.
Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments
All financial transactions on hh44 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We currently support the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:
- Mobile banking: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay — deposits are credited to your account balance within minutes of a successful transaction confirmation.
- Minimum deposit: ৳200. Minimum withdrawal: ৳500. Maximum single transaction limits may apply and are displayed at the payment screen.
- Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. hh44 does not send funds to third-party accounts.
- All withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification. You may be asked to upload a copy of your NID and a screenshot of your registered mobile wallet before a withdrawal is approved.
Deposits made using bonus codes or promotional offers are subject to the bonus terms described in Section 5. Withdrawing bonus-funded balances prior to meeting the stated wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
hh44 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors, network outages, bank processing windows, or public holidays in Bangladesh. If a deposit or withdrawal appears stuck or delayed, please contact our support team.
Bonuses & Promotions
hh44 periodically offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and special cricket season promotions tied to events such as the BPL and T20 World Cup. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions:
- Each bonus offer specifies a rollover (wagering requirement) that must be completed before any withdrawal of bonus-derived funds is permitted. The rollover multiplier is stated clearly on the promotion page.
- Bonuses are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash directly without meeting the stated wagering conditions.
- Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per new account. Repeat accounts attempting to claim a new welcome bonus are a breach of these Terms.
- hh44 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time and without prior notice. Any bonus credited in error will be reversed without compensation.
Players who are found to be exploiting bonus structures, engaging in bonus abuse, or using coordinated wagering patterns to extract value from promotions without genuine gameplay risk will have their bonuses voided and their accounts reviewed for suspension.
Betting Rules & Fair Play
All bets placed on hh44 — whether on cricket markets, casino games, slots, or any other product — are governed by the following rules:
- Bets are final once confirmed. hh44 does not permit cancellation of live-market or in-play bets after confirmation, except in the event of a manifest technical error on our side.
- In the event of a cricket match being abandoned, postponed, or interrupted (including due to weather, D/L method application, or security concerns), hh44 will settle markets in accordance with standard cricket betting settlement rules as communicated on the platform.
- Any attempt to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or system errors to gain an unfair advantage is strictly forbidden and will result in the immediate suspension of the account concerned.
- Match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt activity related to the outcome of sporting events is illegal and will be reported to the relevant authorities. hh44 cooperates fully with anti-corruption investigations.
All casino games hosted on the hh44 platform use certified RNG (Random Number Generator) technology. Game outcomes are independently audited for fairness. hh44 does not manipulate game results in any way.
Responsible Gaming

Intellectual Property
All content on the hh44 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game interfaces, software code, and the overall design and layout of the website — is the exclusive property of hh44 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the hh44 platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, redistribute, resell, publish, broadcast, or otherwise exploit any part of the platform's content without prior written authorisation from hh44.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, hh44 and its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruptions, or any other losses arising from your use of — or inability to use — the hh44 platform.
Without limiting the above, hh44 specifically disclaims all liability arising from:
- Temporary or prolonged platform downtime, maintenance windows, or technical errors beyond our reasonable control.
- Losses arising from internet connectivity issues, device failure, or browser incompatibilities on the user's side.
- Betting outcomes, game results, or jackpot decisions that are unfavourable to the user but correctly settled under these Terms and applicable game rules.
Account Suspension & Termination
hh44 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any user account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
- Breach of any provision within these Terms & Conditions, including but not limited to multi-accounting, bonus abuse, or fraudulent activity.
- Providing false, misleading, or unverifiable identification or payment information during registration or KYC review.
- Suspicion of money laundering, financing of illegal activities, or any transaction pattern that triggers our internal compliance alerts.
- Abusive, threatening, or discriminatory behaviour directed at hh44 staff, support agents, or other users through any communication channel.
Upon permanent account closure for breach of Terms, hh44 reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance subject to the outcome of an internal investigation. Balances on accounts closed at the user's own voluntary request (with no breach of Terms) will be returned via the user's registered payment method after standard KYC checks are completed.
Privacy & Data Protection
hh44 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and should be read alongside them. By accepting these Terms, you also acknowledge and consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and ongoing use of the platform — including name, contact details, payment information, and betting history — is used solely for the purpose of providing and improving our services, fulfilling regulatory obligations, and preventing fraud. hh44 does not sell personal data to third parties.
Amendments to These Terms

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the operation of online gaming platforms in the jurisdiction in which hh44 operates. By using the platform, you agree that any disputes arising from these Terms or from your use of hh44 will first be addressed through our internal dispute resolution process.
